1. Navigate to www.blogger.com on your browser
2. Sign with your Google Account
3. Give your Display Name on Blogger Account and Check for Blog Address
4. Choose a template for your blog
5. Start blogging
6. Now create a new post
7. Do the setting, layout, Google + etc for your post
8. If you want to adjust other settings such as who is able to view, contribute to, or comment on your blog etc, click the Setting tab.
9. You can adjust publishing, comments, archiving, permissions, and all other settings from within the sub-tabs located under the main “Settings” tab.
10. Now you can add custom domain name for your blog for a site
